3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Chat conversations and research data are stored in our cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Chat conversations are retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Usage and API logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes.
