1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReProof.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReProof.AI is an AI-powered biblical apologetics research platform that presents a historically accurate theological and biblical perspective grounded in history, people, and culture. The Service provides AI-generated theological analysis, source retrieval from 1.7M+ indexed sources, fallacy detection, and debate preparation tools. Content generated by the AI is for educational and informational purposes only. While rooted in scholarship and primary sources, content reflects a pre-denominational, Torah-observant perspective and should be evaluated alongside other scholarly resources. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Membership Tiers
ReProof.AI offers multiple membership tiers with varying features and usage limits: • Guest: Limited daily messages, no account required • Free: Limited daily messages with a registered account • Believer: Entry paid tier with expanded messages and member features • Warrior: Standard paid tier with unlimited messages and premium features • Champion: Premium paid tier with all features and priority access Paid subscriptions are billed monthly: Believer at $9.99/month, Warrior at $24.99/month, Champion at $49.99/month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI model or training data • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security • Use the Service to generate content that promotes violence or hatred
6. Intellectual Property
The ReProof.AI platform, including its AI engine, source library, design, and code, is the intellectual property of ReProof.AI. You retain ownership of your input queries and may use AI-generated responses for personal, educational, and ministry purposes. You may not resell AI-generated content as a competing service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. AI responses should be verified against primary sources before use in formal settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReProof.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
